I just ordered 3 items from them, knee and elbow pads, flash hider, crane stock.
I got one tracking number and I got delivery of one package which turned out to be the pads. Then I checked the tracking numbers and the one he provided was not the package I received. I did get my flash hider and crane stock a few days later but it was rather confusing since I only got one tracking number.

Little update on my part, as I'm starting to get a bit pissed.
Ordered 4 items on May 17th. 3 items shipped a week after (tracking number provided 5 days later, but package was in the mail only on the 24th)

A message to ask when the remaining item will ship yielded "Will send a tracking number later".

A few days passed without news. Another email asking WHEN the item is expected to be restocked and will ship, another response "We will ship to you in another package, sorry for the confusion".

Today I just sent a third email stressing the fact I wanted a "when" response, saying I'd cancel and ask for a refund if they fail to do so. The 30 day limit for a Paypal Dispute is coming fast :/ Hope I won't have to get there...

One package with part of an order a few days ago, one more on the delivery truck right now.

Will it all be there? Fingers crossed.

Yeah I somewhat agree, I might have get a bit too hot for nothing;

If the guy would have told me "we'll have more around next week so expect it to be shipped in a week +/- 2 days" I would have sat and waited.

But now I'm clueless whether it'll 2 more weeks or 3 months... In which case I'd have asked a refund and ordered elsewhere so I can actually use it this season :/

Oh well

From my personal experience with EBA. I ordered something and i never heard from them for about a week and a half and then it arrived at my door. We need to remember EBA and EhobbyAsia are some of the biggest Airsoft websites.

Ordered on the 29th and all here today. he could have easily fit this into one package and they both shipped from the same place. It seems like he makes this the hardest on himself by shipping partials.

I think we have been spoiled by the exceptional service that we get from our canadian retailers. We expect friendly Canadian style service while some poor guy is scrambling to fill hundreds of orders in HK.

Waiting on an order to ship from them as well has been 5 business days in "processing". Just shot them an email about it. I've ordered from them before they are extremely slow to get your items out to you normally but it gets to you eventually.

I'm still waiting for shipment notif on the missing item (Comtac II). Last email I receivied from them a week or so ago was "Will take several days thank you"

I'm not sure I'll deal with them still. Not that they're bad or whatever, prices are good, but selling items they don't stock and not even being able to admit it's not in stock is a no-no to me. Communications from them is pretty on the low too.

I have had good success buying from ebairsoft. I got a x3200 chrono that was defective out of box (up button nfg) and they sent me a replacement unit after I sent them a vid clip showing it did not work right. It was about a 48hr reply time for emails.

Just got an email saying they will ship my order minus one item. I don't think they do a good job keeping track of their inventory. Oh well as long as the items get to me before Rhino...

I suspect they do not hold much stuff at all as inventory.

I bet the orders come in; he goes shopping and ships out what he can pickup that day. Then the next day he goes up and hits up the next bunch of suppliers for the other stuff on the orders. And so on.

Have you seen their store/warehouse? I don't think you have.

Well if it's huge and it's all in stock any tips on why he ships partial orders.

You know if you ship one order on 2 separate days the freight charges are invariably higher.
