Are we able to import mock silencers or no? Cause thatll make finding the right silencer easy enough otherwise the OP will be limited by what is available in canada airsoftdepot has 7.5inch long by 30mm diameter
Airsoftparts has 220mmx30mm and 335mmx40mm those are the longest ones i see. And now im thinki. Of doin this to my stag15 it has a 12inch daniel defense mfr on it itll look prety slick i thinks. Thats my rifle just i have a crane stock and not the suppressor yet but thats the rail system i got

If you order one of those instead of cut n weld lemme know ill take a 70mm one we can pay our own part and split on shipping and duties cause those will be a killer. Ima prolly just cut mine and get my mechanic to weld my 2inch extension on and jaroon at army issue has a big fat silencer thats like 14inch long sittin in his display case its been there a while i prolly can snag it on the cheap

I do not mind buying two if you are interested in the upgrade as well. I can guarantee even with shipping and customs it will be cheaper then cutting/welding/ or re threading will be.

Meh i can cut it myself i have a 2inch and 1inc extensions layin around and i bet my mechanic wouldent even charge me to weld it together if he did itll prolly be 5 or 10 bucks. Only bonus to buyin the short one would be reversability

With this upgrade I can even do quick pre-game inner barrel swaps if I find a longer suppressor/barrel extension I could acquire a new hop-up unit with say a tight bore inner barrel (longer then my stock barrel) and have a better chance in outdoor games.

Yup thats a good option to have for outdoors i actually have a 1inch extension and a 110mm silencer currently on my gun to hide my 460mm inner barrel lol. Not really a cqb sized gun thats for sure (havent played indoors in years time to get a nes mp5 me thinks lol)

I got the 70mm outer barrel in the mail (I decided to get the new MAGPUL PTS AEG Pistol Grip just cause I was already paying the shipping) I am having a terrible time trying to take off the barrel nut. HOW DO I GET IT OFF!!! I dont even think the King Arms Tool works on this new style.. HELP!!! lol |

If you're talking integral suppressed AR's... and no one mentions the Honey Badger?
If the tool wont fit, I have had success with a Tongue and Groove Pliers and a cloth / thick rubber sheeting for grip. Though I cant promise you wont scratch or break anything... |

no set screw on the barrel nut? Did u try a pipe wrench and or the wrench previously suggested by shelledpants? Before you do either try n duckt tape a few times around to try n avoid damage to the nut prolly will scratch and or gouge it but itll come off unless you can find the right tool.
or you can maybe make or have somethin made it wouldnt be hard to make by bending a bit of steel into a c shape with a bit of a handle on one end then drillin a cpl holes to put a cpl bolts or rod into, then ud always have it if you need it. it just doesnt really look like any aeg or real ar barrel nut ive ever seen so i dont know if there is an actuall tool for that. Hopefully someone knows if there is a tool.

pipe wrench. Works every time.
Just don't pry against a magazine in the mag well, or you'll break your receiver. |
