Try reading the procedure to claim for goods damaged by customs; makes you think really long and hard if it is worth it. Same things has happen to me with stuff damaged by customs.

heres the link if you want to read it http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/E/pub/cm/...6-2-3-e.html#2

like kull's suggestion, you can complain to a consumer section of your local tv station. in BC we have this guy named chris olsen on ctv, who we can suggest and complain consumer stories too.

consumerist maybe? but they usually only put up stories relating to "bigbox stores" and corporations (walmart, BB, FS, circut city, comcast etc.)

You don't consider canada customs big enough to go after as consumer; hold correction as a citizen of o'canada.

When I moved back to Canada I had everything container shipped to me. In hindsight I should have bought a couple guns and put them with the container. They never even bothered opening my damn container and inspecting my "furniture, clothing, and home electronics"

Who knew I was going to get back/stay in airsoft when i got back to Canada.

No need to involve CBSA, leave it up to a shoddy packaging job and the tender loving care of Canada Post...

That's what happens when a torn open shoe box get taped back into a shoebox'ish shape, stuffed with a medium sized CS95 and a pair of kneepads, taped some more to keep it together'ish since it is bursting at the seams then sent its merry way.

I carried that piece of art back home using a much more appropriate 15" x 8" x 11" 2nd hand box in order to keep the aforementioned package in "near mint condition" so I could share those pics.

For those looking for "whodunnit" clues :

Who are we ? We are the largest army-navy surplus dealer in the country. We also manufacture and import military style clothing .

At least, my stuff made it :

no, media will always side with the largest group(for ratings), and soccer moms beats airsofters in size so it would only be bad for airsoft if the media looked at

we're not talking about importing airsoft guns, were talking about airsoft related eg a Tactical Vest. Unless Media does not support simulation including Halloween
