Apparently for you a drum mag constitutes 80 rounds or so?

lol not saying to take one out of a good drum mag, just that "bendy tubes" exist in mags already, personally I would take the guts out of a mid-cap mag and get some metal tubing and try to incorporate them into a pvc tube, making a hicap fit into this design would be harder than going midcap

Not ecactly, lol. But if your looking to make more than one mag, then you would be best to find a cheaper alternative then spending 100$ on each mag.
-you could buy a pack of star/mag.cheap ass mags. -Cut the tops off, get some PVC pipe and cut it to the lengths you would need to make the bizon mags. -Get a bunch of loading rods -either find a peice that would bend or carfully heat and bend the plastic to join to the part you cut off your mag. Ok i had a sec to do a very very shitty job better pics to come tonight I hope that makes sense, I'll sketch out my idea when I get home. The other issue is that the way ak mags sit in the magwell would have to be changed, so you could take them in and out

My idea for the mag was to kitbash an AK mag, some PVC and the internals from a P90 Highcap. I'll draw it up when I get home tonight.

i think it might be easier to take the inside of a midcap (the tube+spring that holds the bb's) and leave it connected to the top of the mag, then get a pvc pipe and cut a rectangular hole in it, and slip the midap innards inside of the tube and then glue the magazine top into place, will have to leave a suitable length of the original mag/top intact as ak mags need to be angled when inserting them into the receiver

I saw two of them custom made on the 5th floor of a hobby shop in Akiba, Tokyo. Now this was a few years ago and haven't been back to that shop for a while but they were 49,000 yen/per.

ok, if you thought my old drawing was bad, this one is shit with more color!
Ok the next issue with building one is that you need a 74 style body, if you get a vfc/dboys style you will ruin the clip that keeps the folding stock shut if you try to cut off the front to make up for the 9mm sized bolt. So your stuck with TM, and then there is the issue of getting the side folding stock, Im no expert but im not aware of a side folder that they make for TM. you could custom make one, but thats a story for another day. ....any ideas?....ancorp? haha

Isn't that the MEC anti-armor weapon for BF2?
|
|
July 8th, 2008, 00:14 | #26 |
You're correct. The MEC Anti-Tank hit used the Bizon as its main SMG. I actually prefered it over any other SMG's.
Maybe it's not so much the fact that it's Russian that I'm after, but the rarity of it. You just don't see that kinda gun at games. The Skorpion is Czech right? |

Yeah true I would have never even seen or heard of it unless I played BF2.

Well if the Bizon's out then it's a VSS Vintorez or a VSS Val.
