We're trying to convince him not to by crap.
And besides, when did it become acceptable on ASC to tell un-AV'd people where to get guns?

I say go mauri. I probably used it more last year then I used all my other guns combined and I only got the MP7 in like August. That and it makes a perfect back up weapon. Only downside is battery life. Though if someone made a gas powered mp7 I'd be all over that

What makes you think Kalnaren meant it in that way ? he was just simply saying that the TF7 sucks and should not be bought. Don't try to twist his words. I'm sure Kalnaren has had more experience in airsoft than you.
Btw, coming from a guy who doesnt take advice when he's offered it |

All non marui MP7's are crap.
(even the Marui one isn't that special... But it's awesome for an AEP) |

The problem with the TF7 is that once something breaks you're pretty much fucked.
Alot of aftermarket parts don't work on these guns. |

I'll say about the TF7 what I say about a lot of clones -if you get one that works, great, but there is no guarantee. If that "if" is worth $150 or whatever the cost is to you, all the power to you. Personally, I'd rather spend $300 on something I KNOW will work (and look better and be built better to boot) than $150 on something that MIGHT work.
Three years ago I spent $560 on my first airsoft gun.. and just now, three years and 30k-40k rounds later, I'm finally getting to the point where it needs some serious work. And by serious work I mean a new piston, tappet plate, and a reshim -which really isn't anything major. To me that was worth the extra $$$ it cost me.

because im new.. and dont play that often, would the tf7 work for me? |

Get something like a Kraken or a Broxa or something like that, MP7's will be horribly out-ranged.
