AK47 build price check

OK yeah I was thinking something else. You were mentioning real steel and AK's and the two just kind of merged into one sentence.

I was actually trying to source out some parts and from what I can tell it's almost impossible to get your hands on a quality V3 drop-in mechbox (the only ones I've found are Action V3 drop-in and some other china clone). Looks like you'd have to either buy an AK or piece together the gun with aftermarket parts.

Then it's a good 40-50 per mag after that

Yes, it has one or two in Canada and it cost around 1 to 2 K, I guess. Amos knew better than me.

I find that hard to believe, they're 750 USD, after shipping they would be close to 850 USD, and that's not including 6% duty and 10-15.5% tax depending where it's going.. and that's assuming the importer has his own license...

But if it was smuggled I guess it would be cheaper -- But I don't like buying smuggled guns

Take that damn rubber pad off Amos, you know better than that. That thing is only meant to go on an AK when theres a GP-25 or 30 attached.

3. Dboys
4. CA
5. other China clones - Cyma, JG etc
6. TM - yeh their ak's are that bad (except for the new AK74MN)

i'd say a minimum of $700 if you want it to be built right. if you're building one from scratch it will cost alot more
