Siege is pretty strict (they have every right to be). I had just put in a fresh spring and my test shots were shooting 383 FPS so I got denied. It was weird though because when I first chronoed it at home it was reading 360 FPS, which is what I was targeting.
Maybe the fresh lube in the cylinder just needed to be spread out by the piston because when I got home and rechronoed it my numbers were up to around the 380 mark before finally settling in around 370 after some more shooting.
So yea, with a new spring, just shoot it a bunch and it'll relax a bit, shaving off 5-10 FPS.
