Well I think the main problem is your outer barrel.
I don't know if it's filed down, or the part is like that from the wearing.
I am the second owner, so I don't know if the previous owner filed it down.
Try filing down the barrel, and I do know the previous owner has filed some parts of the hop up chamber to make it fit. What I think is, you should buy a new Tanio Koba outer barrel, it will help alot so you don't have to file stuff down.

im going to order a shooters design chamber and outer barrel. but i have a few question.i read that u can install 1911 straight outer and use a bushing like in 1911 slide. but my slide dont have any bushing groove.does this mean i can only use cone type barrel? is SD chamber 100% file/mod proof? thanks

No slot...cone barrel only. Unless you cut a slot, which is hard...I did it once and it's a pain in the a**.

It's tough to get my hopup units into both of my stock TM outer barrels. It's easy to get them into my SD chamber. I just bought a TK outer barrel last night...and it's hard (but not as tough as a stock barrel) to get the hopup into it. I couldn't just drop/push it in....I "encouraged" it with a firm tap.

Best of luck.

i finally able to remove it by filing that parts so that it looks more like Mr.hitman's outer, after that, its easy.but now my hopup unit is slightly damaged from the filing.(its kinda tight so sometimes the file hits the hopup unit).im gonna post a picture of the unit.

in the meantime im installing the hop+inner to the standard plastic outer and the slide racks just fine.ill be trying it with gas after im back from work.

About the guarder outer:i found out that the slide stuck/wont rack back because the outer wont move back along with the slide as it should be.so theres something preventing the "back and down" mechanism of the outer barrel.it seems like if i release the slide after assembling the gun,the recoil caused the outer to be positioned too forward thus resulting jam/stuck slide.i can however rack the slide back if i push the tip (forward most) part of the outer barrel while pulling the slide back.i also noticed that the big nub on the left of the chamber (the one that interacts with the hopup unit and lower frame) is bigger/further awar from the chamber main body compared to the standard TM.this makes the outer to sit slightly higher that standard one.is this the cause?
thanks alot
I've read installation instructions for the Guarder outer barrel that possibly required filing of the chamber lugs to allow installation of the hop up chamber. That could very well be your problem.

Correct, if you don't have the groove for the bushing, then you can only use the taper barrel.

The stock outer barrel is required to flex to get the hop up chamber out. Easy to bend with a tool leveraging against the hop up chamber.

Shouldn't need to strike to get the hop up chamber in to the TK, although you do need a bit of firm pressure to get it past. Shouldn't need excessive force though.

my gun is now working perfectly with "temporary" standard TM outer.thank you all you gun gurus for helping me out with my problems.now i just have to wait for my SD chamber to arrive.and see what happpens.
is 38 shots per 4.3 mags(5-7 first shot is really loud after that is normal, and the last 3-4 shots are rather weak to no power).is it normal?
