You can find 'em on airsoftparts.ca for about 100 bucks.

Those modify smooth gears doesn't work on ICS M4 since ICS using different Anti-Reversal latch.

TM gears are always awesome, they remove quite a bit of the motor whine

prometheus and systemas are great too, any gears will last foreever with good shimming.
