My WE's lower is still in for engraving with CF trademarks... but I got rid of the KAC RIS for CAR handguards and a front sight mounted rail instead of a TRIAD (Which is impossible to find these days)

So I ended up taking the reciever back for now... decided to steel wool it to give it that "Rode hard and put up wet" look. Essentially it looks like it was cobbled together from older weapons and newer components- I've seen lowers are some of the most abused components, so the wear reflects it more than the upper. Essentially done, might grab a Vickers or MS3 for it. Also getting a CADEX grip next time I pass by Hamilton. Also have an Elcan, though I never use it.

Yes that is a real steel cadex forgrip as is issued. Also does anyone know if WE takes Milspec or Commercial stocks? I want to get some real steel parts (stock and pistol grip)

Milspec, my IMOD fits like a glove on the stock buffer tube.

Sweet, I am unsure which stock I want exactly but I haven't seen some stocks (like Aper's Ergo) in airsoft form, or like the Magpul ACS its literally pennies more for the real thing.

Be careful though; I had to file my pistol grip to make it fit on my WE GBBR, plus the actual screw thart came with the Magpul pistol grip (MOE) was too big for the OEM WE tapped hole.

Same thing with my trigger guard; I had to screw my holes on the lower receiver to 1/8 of a size to make the roll pin and hex pin fit.

Edit; Cobalt, it's not an ERGO by the way It's the old M93 from Magpul before ERGO actually bought the patents of it.

Thanks for the heads up, useful info because I'm probably going to pick a TD BG-16 or 17 depending on how the G&P one I bought to test feels.
