However...if it's bugging you, you'll need to see where it's binding and modify the parts for a bit more spacing/tolerance. But if it's functioning...I wouldn't bother.
If the nozzle does not retract into the bolt carrier it will increase chances for cracked nozzles. The nozzle doesn't align very well when it's extended.

I would also check the top plastic guide on the bolt carrier. Make sure it isn't screwed on so tight that it is causing binding.

Do you mean the other way around? The mechanical properties of AL 6061 are all superior than that of ABS, fracture toughness, yield strength, fatigue strength are all magnitudes greater.

I'm just going by what RATech claim they use for their nozzles.

Oh no, the RA-Tech is going to crack if it is not aligned with the hop up or if there is any misalignment. Although it is aluminum and more tough, but given the speed and force of the bolt returning to battery, if the teeth of the nozzle doesnt align with the chamber, it will break right off.

Either way, when I get mine, im going to stress test it, hammer it, jump up and down on it, and run over it with my car to see if it breaks

I Have found not to be the case for the wa, its was pricy as hell though.
I'm more concern about hopup chamber getting smashed

Also, wouldn't the aluminum one be more aggressive towards the bucking?
I don't see anything wrong with it being plastic. Has anyone had trouble with their nozzles after they are settled in (since you get some chips and nicks at first while it adjusts to the current parts, but nothing that affects functionality)? (at least on the SCAR which is what I run)

Excuse me if im wrong, but I thought Aluminum was more malleable than brittle?

Yeah thats what im thinking, so im not sure if an aluminum nozzle would be a good idea. Also, on GasGuns, some people have reported issues where the nozzle continuously smashes against the hop up chamber deepening the slits/recesses in the hop up chamber. This results in the bb being pushed forward past the hop up nub, and causes the bb to dribble out of the barrel. As a result, people were required to sand down the nozzle feeding tip. Mind you, this all occurred with a plastic nozzle, imagine what an aluminum nozzle would do!

g39 stucks

hi, mi g39c is having that problem of not shooting properly, I mean, the blowback y often weak, my shoots in semi are not quite consistent and full auto runs very forced and completely gets stuck when reaches the fifth shot just spitting bbs.... All these issues became a pain in the ass until it broke my valve locker, and valve knocker...then I ordered the complete ra tech trigger assembly and installed...but....surprise...it didnt work. The shots were really really weak or simply did not shoot. Also mention that my o ring was chewed at the end of the bolt, the nozzle does not get back completely in place(doesnt run smooth).

I had to add some metal to de fire pin base that is hitted by the hammer to finnaly reach a shot...

I have been thinking in selling it but i have 7 mags and internals upgraded....so it would be better to make it work.

Any advices? (i replaced the o ring for a new one twice)

I'm having trouble recently with the pins on my gun. First the pin of the trigger, now the pin of the front sling swivel. Because of the blowback they wiggle themselve out and the hole gets slightly bigger and bigger. Now the pins just go right through.

Is there anything that can be done to stop that? I'm using a bone stock WE M4...

There is a magic pin that Ratech makes. And Anti rotation pins that stop exactly what is happening to you.

yeah it's not the body pin but the trigger pin (that can be fixed with the anti-rotation links like you said) but now it's even the pins on the front sight that are starting to come off. (The one of the sling swivel is already too lose)

You are first person I've heard of with this problem.

Yeah I'll try teflon tape first, if that doesn't work I'll use locktite.
