Canadian customs issue.

Marvelous news about customs cracking down in Mississauga. Wonder what they'll say when our next 20' container roles in a few weeks time. OUCH!!

We'll probably have to get a military escort!! LOL!!

You've probably encountered someone new to clearing airsoft parts.

If you don't see new items up on our site in a few weeks, then we got problems with customs..:rrr:

If it means anything I recently had a battery (and battery only) shipped to me labeled "Airsoft Replacement Part" and it got through without being searched.

Parcels are searched randomly although granted it does sometimes matter where the item comes from and what it's labeled as.

a cbsa officer told me a couple weeks ago when I called about an item that's been delayed; that they (cbsa agents) go to the canadapost warehouse in mississauga and randomly check packages and that parcels don't just pass through customs, its customs that passes through the warehouse.

I had called them because my package containing, an ak stock, v3 gearbox, 2 muzzlebrakes, 1 hopup chamber and 1 tightbore has arrived in Canada since the 22nd Feb. and the cpost tracking hasn't been updated yet, the lady said that if it was anything that would be deemed prohibited I would've received a seizure notice by now.

lucky i didn't place an order for a Dark Earth Color King Arms Navy Seals Metal Body fom uncompnay. by the way are the acog and eotech scopes passable through customs?

I really don't know why people order outside of Canada when concerning about customs. We have many retailers in Canada that saves you the shipping that sells Acogs and Eotechs.

actually i wouldbe more than happy to get a decent mech box and parts for it here in canada but i can't seem to find much online .. thats why i have been looking outside of canada and price as well i don't want a systema ver3 mech box maybe in the future but for now i just want something to tinker with and improve .. play with .. lol .. hey idea if there is a problem with full mech boxes ask them to part it out and mail it in one box in parts .. might help ... if your worried lol ..

I just ordered a King Arms Crane Stock ( buffer tube and batteries are NOT included )...I hope that makes it through...just reaallllly hoping!!!

figured id post since its been a while.

called them three times on friday, no answer. left messages with important info. got a call on tues saying they were "re-evaluating" the contents of the package and it was back on its way through customs to get hit with duties. so apparently they were just afraid it was a reciever but looked at it again to realize it wasnt. fine by me.

waiting for the package to arrive. and the fees to be charged. any updates from anyone else with issues out there?
