Importig from the USA?
South of the border www.airsplat.com sells Well MB03 for $60 with scope - undistiguishable from the one reviewed here. Ebay sells some "VSR-10" of unspecified brand from $70-80 with scope and wooden stock. Buyairsoft sells it for $220 with scope. US Federal laws prohibit stores to ship replica weapons to Canada, but they can ship it to the nearest US post office and you can pick it up. I wonder if anybody tried. It looks like same rifle to me - should not cause any problems with customs..
Have just read this airsoft laws.... ...and still puzzled. It is legal to possess, legal to transport, and illegal to sell unless you're licensed dealer. Sounds like it is legal to bring it to Canada for personal use? Last edited by alm; June 24th, 2008 at 18:26.. |

I love this gun.
I got mine in wood, and just had the urge to make it my own, so I painted it ultra-flat olive. It's pretty good when it comes to performance, great for its' price. One thing. My hopup lever will only go back. It seems to be really, really stubborn when I try to push it forwards. Stubborn to the point that well.. It doesn't go anywhere. It feels like it's locked there. This isn't normal, is it?

The hop-up adjuster is VERY stiff (at least for me). I used a pair of pliers to grab them and force them forward. Now my .25 BB's are straight and right on target!
For a clone, this is a damn nice one. Lets me get a feel for sniping without forcing me to dish out a lot of $$ |

I agree, Kookamater.
It's alot of fun. I'm so glad I bought it. But yeah, about the hop-up, All I did was remove the barrell assembly from the stock and I just pushed on the hop-up at a lower location of the lever. Now it's fine and way more accurate. Did your cleaning stick come without a hole?

Skladfin, you mentioned that the inner barrel is 510mm,
Do you think a PDI 01 509mm inner barrel (for the Marui M16A1 and AUG) would fit? Here's a link: http://www.redwolfairsoft.com/redwol...l?prodID=23474 |

Alright thanks, I'll check out that guy you recommended earlier. Wait, do you know if the TSD receiver is compatible with aftermarket outer barrels? Namely the PDI 690 because that would solve the inner barrel problem.

One more question, can the bottom rail at the front be replaced with a regular bipod stud?

M700, seriously, you just got back, you have a chance (a small one) to not completely ruin yourself. Just restrain from asking dumb questions for a little. Your past the stage where you of all people should know this.

Thanks for the info and great review Skladfin, I should be ordering the non-scope/bipod version from buyairsoft soon. I might post some pictures when the whole project is done and painted.

Just got mine, but I need to work on my spraypainting skills before I even think about doing this gun. Also some questions: how can I remove the orange tip to put the King Arms thread adapter you recommended, and can the front sling loop be taken off to attach a regular bipod?
