it is the shells- I have had a UTG, and now use a DE; and we have several UTG, DE TM and Crosman shottys in use at our field and all of them do it; in fact getting 4-8 BBs is so common with new UTG shells we disparagingly call it a 'UTG special' as though you get more BBs they only fly half as far which is usually no where near where you were aiming
Most of my new shells stopped doing it after I left them fully loaded for a week but it still happens off and on. If you look at the breakdown for these 3 BB shottys you can see the mechanism that is supposed to 'prevent' more than 3 BBs from loading but nearly every shotty I have seen has done it at least once and if you search enough forums you can see that even TM shells can have the problem (and that currently there is no fixed solution as everyone seems to need to do something different to fix the issue) Last edited by MillerBRo; November 27th, 2009 at 20:24.. |

Until you try it with 0.28g BBs, then the only laughs involved will be you laughing at guys running AEGs since you'll likely outrange them with a '3 round burst' from a clearsoft gun.

Do they go on sale Canada wide? I just noticed that my local crappy tire carries them, but last week they were still $120

only canadian tires give sometimes rebates. The other are not related to the rebates therefore keeping their prices.

Sorry... I'm not sure if you misread my post, I know every other non-canadian tire retailer doesn't follow the sale, I meant does EVERY Canadian tire Canada wide follow suit and lower the price?

Yeah, but that shotgun is a TM clone. It's not highgrade, but still has its purpose and has quite some range.

Granted, most of the Crosman guns are crap, the shotty we're talking about here is a total jem for what you get. And I just picked up the C11 CO2 pistol about to head to the garage to test it out, I figured what the hell, I'll get one. Now, a vet used to normal high end AEGs and wanting more of a challenge by 'undergunning' himself just makes him look more bad ass on the field. A noob showing up with 'Soft Air' and being all "I rock at *such and such a video game*" just end up looking like douches. |

If you are going to buy a crapsoft pistol... wouldn't you bet better off with one of these?
http://albertaairsoft.com/store/cate...d_category=142 At least, you can get extra mags for them. |
