Another trick I've used for AEG bodies is...
- clamp the top rail of the upper in a vice (one of my vices have high density plastic jaw inserts so it won't mangle the rail)
- hold as close up to the delta ring as you can (ahead of the weak part of the ejection port)
- use a proper fitting wrench (the KA one is actually very good)
- heat up the delta ring with a propane torch
I try not to hammer the wrench (may light-med force with a hard rubber mallet at the most).
If that doesn't work...I'm cutting it off with a dremel and a cut off wheel.
