No room to drill holes into the Mac 11, and I wouldn't want to seperate the halves of this gun. This thing is the same size as a pistol, its not a full size assault rifle.
The epoxy works great, takes about 12 hours to dry but is hard as steel when it does, when you squeeze the rail on use an elastic to hold in place and make sure to clean any epoxy that maybe where you don't want it, easy to clean with a qtip when wet, you'll need a grinder when it drys.
check to make sure the spacing is correct to slide accessories on and off, I remove the metal sling attachement from mine because it got it the way and I hated the way it moved around. And while in the automotive section grab a can of NON METAL Primer and a can of flat black tremclad paint.
Here s another tip, mask off the front of the grip so it stays clear and you can see how much ammo is still in the magazine with a quick look.

why do you jump on peoples threads and just smash and flame peoples ideas, this isn't the first thread I've seen you do this. Do you have an alternative? Have you tried this before? Anything constructive to say...
I guess because you are a "retailer" you can or say whatever you want

He was stating the obvious. Tape will definitely 100% not hold a rail on, especially not with a vert grip. Epoxy is indeed the best idea, or drilling a hole, tapping it, and screwing the rail on.

He doesn't just jump on peoples threads or flame them. Sometimes people need a little bit of a kick in the butt to realize an idea is silly.

It's true he was only stating the obvious but I think there was enough solutions given in the thread not to warrant such an abrupt and, not so helpful, comment.

I agree with Malice Army, there are way too many "It won't work" or "Stupid Idea" remarks without offering a viable alternative. If you're not offering a solution let the person find out for themselves.
