Shipping issue with EHobby
Hi,
I ordered 4 Hi Capa mags in May, the Canada Post Tracking system is mentionning that they are with Custom (Missisauga) since May 22. I gave them a call, they told me they never received the package. I spoke with Poste Canada, they told me to contact the shipper and have them open an inquiry. I contacted EHobby, waiting for answer. In the meantime, Paypal will not let me open a dispute, since it been over 45 days... Any advices or hints would be appreciated Thanks

If the site says its at customs then it is there, When it gets there they scan it in so it could simply be a lost package in a large building. I worked for canada post for a while things do get lost and with how they run it you would be surprised how often it happens.

This happened to me last Christmas. I called CP and customs so many times just to get an answer, and what both sides finally admitted was that the "held at customs" message is standard for any package coming from outside the country and means jack shit. Fast forward 2 months later, I got the package and lo and behold it hadn't even been opened by customs.
