Gun Doc charges.

Touch wood, I don't need a gun doc, at least at this moment.
In general, will they charge labour to fixing your gun?

Everyone has different rates, some do flat fees per gun depending on what needs to be done and others charge hourly rates that can range anywhere from as low as $15 and as high as $25 an hour.

So you're asking if they work for free? ("will they charge labour to fixing your gun")

No they generally don't work for free...

Weird question.

Usually they charge around 20-25$ an hour.

It like bringing your car to the garage, make sure you get an estimate and don t let the gundoc do any extra work without your ok. Avoid surprise. And test the gun with the doc, shooting 300 rounds or so and crony

so after the job has been done, you suggest to shoot over 300 shots + Chrony? I currenty have my G&G M14 for repair ... and the gun doc just told me 40$ for disassemble, repair and assembly... What if he or i don't have a chrony?

Well just shoot at least 300 rounds

when i work on any AEG i do test fire them and if threr is any problems it usualy show up right away in the first 100 rounds or less.

If you dont have any crony use the poor man chrono it will give you a good point to start.

If your M14 is at Vlad's place, I should be able to work on it next week.

I charge 20$/h when the rifle had random issues/unknown problems.
And flat rate for basic maintenance (changing spring, clean-up, etc.)
