Classic Army V7 tappet plate.
Hello all,
Seems I cannot find what info I want. Maybe it is my "googling" skills or lack thereof... What is compatible with Classic Army V7 mechboxes, in particular tappet plates, as I have a gun here with a broken one. Whoever did the work before took a dremel to the tappet that was in there, which in part I am sure led to it's failure. Any and all help is appreciated. Thank you.

CA and G&G use the same M14 Mechbox. It isn't a V7, but rather its own design. Looks for a G&G M14 Tappet Plate.
FYI, none of the TM M14 internals are compatible with the CA/G&G mechbox (if any are, than my mistake, but i am under the belief that this mechbox is its own design) |

An update....
A TM version 6 tappet with a little bit of sanding does the trick, perfectly. You need to sand the entire tappet plate main section thinner and narrower. I used a bench mounted belt sander to do this. I had no success contacting CA directly as they redirected me to Spartan Imports who never bothered to get back to me. A bit of a chore but the AEG is now functioning very well, making it worth the effort.
