If I were to do a spring swap with a less FPS spring, would my ROF go up?

I, who is buying a Aftermath Kraken, which shoots .20's at 370fps, am going to buy a 90mps spring made by modify, as I would primarily going to be using the gun for indoor games. I have already ordered a replacement, good quality battery pack, but my question is, will the spring "downgrade" increase battery life or ROF?

Yes. Having a softer spring means the motor forces less to crank back the piston, which means it can turn it over faster. A softer spring will always increase in ROF.
