If it has a rail system, then yes.

the standard M4 plastic hand guards do not have rails on them. You can buy small rails to attach to the standard plastic hand guards, but most people who want rails on the front end just go for a rail system.

That's not a rail cover, It's a hand guard. You need to change the handguard to an R.A.S. hand guard to have rails.

If you purchase the KWA M4 S-System you will already have the rail system

If you JUST want bottom or top rails, there's ones that use screws to attach through the holes in the regular grips. If you want side rails, like theguy mentioned you'd need an RIS/RAS handguard.

Keep in mind you really don't get a lot of real estate with the small add-on rails. I had a regular carry handle with an EOtech 551 on the forward top handguard and that was about all I could fit.

but it costs like 75 bucks more on that site. you could just get a front rail system like "theguy" said for 35 on the same site and its the same gun internally

Actually the "S-System" models come with the rail system ($65-$75 value), front and rear flip up sights ($32 -$45) value.

Also the s system gives you one full length top rail making the front end super solid. Now I'm not saying you can't build an ar with that after market but it is nice to have out of the box.
