You could get all Magritte on her and argue she wouldn't be printing a gun, she'd be printing an image of a gun :P
Yeah, I know leftists don't have a sense of sarcasm either.

I finally got a hold of someone at the original company I wanted to use and sent them all my stuff. No problem at all. I told him about my experience this other company and he kind of laughed and commented that they must be rolling in the cash to be turning customers away like that.

why does everyone always post what I want to say first. Anyways well yeah so are they going to register pellet gun, bb guns and paintball markers. If I pulled a knife on a cop/police officer they would shoot me... Do bad guys register the guns they have? or better yet if they rob your house do they register the guns they took?

Airsoft guns are clearly NOT replicas under the firearms act.
Replicas do not fire projectiles and are legally intended to simulate real guns for theatrical purpose. Airsoft Guns DO fire a projectile and are intended for gaming purposes. It all comes down to intent. If you purchase an airsoft gun to use as a theatrical prop then it becomes a replica, if you use it to rob a bank then it becomes a weapon. But if your intention is to play airsoft or simply target shoot in a safe, sane and responsible manner, and you never claim your airsoft gun to be a replica, then forever will it remain not a replica. Some cop or customs agent may try to bully you into thinking they're replicas, but if you tell them that they're not they really can't do anything. |

All I see with registration is the possiblilities of new restricted and prohibited toys that have to follow the same rules as regular firearms..... Safe queens for prohibs and restricted to accredited ranges for restricted,.....
Be carefull with what you wish fore

Point anything that looks like a gun at the cops and get shot, what's the problem. It is natural selection at it's finest. You can never legislate stupidity so why try. And this is supposed to be a free country so why would we be open to more restrictions or legislation. Make people take responsability for their own actions.
