How much bigger are G36 mags compared to m4 mags? could I get some dimensions?

Sizably bigger. I think its about 2 m4 mags to 1 g36mag width wise due to the g36 tabs. In my cadpat vest i could fit one g36 mag comfortably into a double m4 mag pouch.

If we were talking about "bounding box" size (as if you were putting the mag in a box), it's about 2.5 times bigger. Two STANAG mags side by side still take up less room than a single G36 mag. They're a pain in the ass. But, truth be told, with the right pouches they're manageable.
