KSC MP9/TMP Nozzle Woes

Hey all,
I was lucky enough to get my grubby paws on KSC's new MP9 just a few months after it came out, and it's been my pride and joy this whole time. Now the bad news is that with summer classes, working 60hr weeks to cover expenses and a slew of new hobbies (leatherworking is the shit!) I seem to have neglected my baby. I pulled it out to do some basic oiling/maintenance, and when I opened the bolt, the loading nozzle didn't spring back, and so when I closed the bolt, it got in the way. I tried it again to make sure it wasn't a fluke, and it kept happening, soft pull, hard pull, you name it, it kept happening. So I opened her up, oiled her and took good care of her, but it's still doing this. Any help would be appreciated, especially since I had this same issue with a Glock 18c, but could never get it fixed.

I can't remember if it was Amos, BobtheAngryPotato or someone else, but I sem to recall one of the gundocs here being well-versed in the ways of the old TMP, but I'm open to any and all suggestions. Thanks again.
