Slow rate of fire, Mechbox jamming HELP
Hi,
I have problems with my CA MP5K, the last game that I have used it, near the end of the evening, it started to fire slowly with a slugish rate of fire pretty much like when you battery is about to die on you, I was suprised though because usually I can do at least 2 evening easily with the battery full and the battery was full. Back home I plugged the battery in my AK, I fired it full auto at full speed. So the problem was not the battery. So I opened up the gun, reshimed the whole thing, everything inside the mechbox was fine, nothing broken there. So I reassembled the gun and start firing and now the gun jammed completly after about half a shot (not even a full shot). Before I was able to fire but very slowly, but now nothing, the piston was jammed all the way back. Thinking it was maybe the motor, I simply connected the motor through the battery and pressed the trigger and it was spinning perfectly fine, the prob is not there... EDIT: Upon further investigation, the cable and connector needs to be changed for sure, but the problem is related to the jamming in the mechbox, pretty much the samething as semi-lock (in terms of symptom), looks like the problem is with the sector gear and the piston... anybody has an idea on how to fix this? Thanks for your help!

Your motor is shot.
It can spin free-load, but when under load it won't have sufficient power to spin the gears and pull the spring. A VERY good replacement is the JG "blue" motors. They are worth every penny (assuming you pay it under 50$). |

I would go with the motor too, as Kos-Mos said. JG make good ones, the m-93 is awesome too!

Well actually the M-93 as per Airsoft Club is the Blue one but the Red one which is suppose to be M-93 on ebaybanned the M-96 on Airsoft Club. Prolly going to order the M-96 since the M-93 (blue one) is out of stock.
Thanks guys for your help, did not knew that the motor could spin freely like that even if it was shot! Makes sense after all since eveything else was working perfectly fine before.
