TM P226 Decocking lever.
I recently bought a used P226 TM. The guy sold it to me without the decocking lever in tact. He did however had the parts. So i tried installing it but i can't seem to get it to work or fit. Was there some specific way to install it? I can't even get the spring right. A reference picture would be much appreciate. Thanks.

the TM decocking lever has a tendency to bend when using stronger hammer springs. I wish they had aftermarket decocking levers made of stronger material :/

Is this installed properly? It doesn't seem to spring back to its resting position and it doesn't seem to decock. However, this was the best way i could come up with. Thanks.

I've got a similar problem too, but i've got the KJ works of the P226. It's a clone of the Tokyo Marui P226, my lever isn't bent but i don't know how to assemble the spring back on the lever again can someone help me?!

"Decocking"? Isn't that what Loreena Bobbit did?

I am on the same boat. I have assembled the deckocking lever the same as in the pick, the only issue I have is when placing the grips back, the lever doesnt go back in place after deckocking.

The pic is done wrong. Thespring doesnt go in the hole. It seats in the notch above it.
If you cant get it working, ill show you how to fix it next time i see you at the next game

If only some guy out in Ontario would pay some attention to 226s instead of just 1911s etc.
