Also, you can find this PC at various retailers inside of canada, which will probably save you more in shipping and duty than it would to order from SKD for something so commonly available!

It would be the closest commercial item available, yes.
Except for all the velcro at the front, but that can be removed/hidden with pouches.

You know the Rangers use some pretty specific and unique gear.
There are threads on here about it and on some of the other sites too like Arnie's Airsoft. The unique stuff makes it a Ranger setup; grabbing up a wrong coloured law enforcement plate carrier because it could be cheap or it's easy to find isn't the best way to start your voyage. I suggest you do a lot more searching and reading. Getting all that you need together is going to take time, money and a lot of effort if you want this to be accurate. You'll probably have to get a few interim pieces to fill in holes while the hunt is on but if you're smart about it you wont' have a setup that's more wrong than right.

I know Seals Action Gear in Calgary has carried Eagle. You can look at their online catalogue, or phone them as they will bring in specific items, if they carry the brand. There was an Eagle Ciras in there in the last few months or so.
https://www.sealsactiongear.com/catalog/store/home.asp Also Condor makes that style of rig. Capital Airsoft in Edmonton can bring in anything from Condor. Check their online catalogue. http://albertaairsoft.com/webstore/ If it's not listed in their catalogue check out Condor Outdoor, and give the boys at Capital the part#. They do orders often. Condor is very good quality, but loads cheaper than Eagle. But Eagle is superior, just not by much. http://www.condoroutdoor.com/

thanks for the info and from my understanding gear isn't an 18+ item. so, could you tell me of some stores that sell this plate carrier please. (sorry if i'm wrong about this and gear is an 18+ item.)
