Yeah, I'm looking into one now from my AK-74. $399 for a sight from Eastwave is super steep when there's some popping up for $150.

I think he only lists on his website what is in-stock. He does get different things in all the time, like CZ mounts.

Reviving this topic.
Was wondering if anyone have any experiences with the following optics: PK23 red dot PK01-VS red dot PK-A Which one of those three is better? Anyone know any retailers that sell the PK01-VS red dot?

I would love one of those all the optic plus rail mount combos I've tried we're too high up.

Farther down the line, my only two planned additions for my 74M are a GP-30 and either a KOBRA or a PK-A

I've got a PK-A sight (As well as it's newer brother PK-AS) Overall it's a super solid red dot, no complaints about it at all, solidly built easy to see in bright light. The only downside to the PK-A series is it's slightly off center to the left which is typical of Russian red dots. Takes a bit of getting used to. There are replacement mounts to make them center bore though if you need. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them at all.

![]() ![]() Russian optics is best optics. So far I've only collected a couple BelOMO scopes and red dots, but they've always been solid, and I really like the way they cant off to the side a bit. Makes it a bit easier to draw up to target I think, especially when prone! Last edited by Strelok; July 9th, 2012 at 10:19.. |
