It all depends on your feet. I've worn a pair of $30 WalMart boots to a 5 hour outdoor game in Mud and to Operation Rhino (24h) with not 1 blister and no discomfort. Maybe they don't look Tacticool but they surely got the job done.

Well dont worry about me getting the wrong boots im a boot Nazi and go through them very very fast and i do a weight and distance test, i take a 5k hike in the woods with 70 pounds on my back shit you not and if you dont believe me ill video the next one and this is what i do to see if i like them and im going through water, mud, dirt and thick woods, I may be younger but i know when i have good boots
