Daytonagun AK Feeding issue

Bit of a long shot as I think theres only a handful of DG users in Canada, but..
I've owned a DG AK104 for quite awhile but it's sat most of it's life. Recently wanting to use it again I gassed it up, however for some reason its now to longer feeding at all.
Took it completely down to examine and for the life of me can't figure out why it won't shoot.

The bb's will enter the hop chamber, the nozzle feeds it forward but it seems to get hung up near the bucking. Turning the hopup completely off didn't help either. Bb's appear to jam but I cannot figure this out. Hop up is not ripped in any way
Any good troubleshooting tips before I send it somewhere?

Just guessing, but did you turn the PSI level high enough?

Does your bolt cycle
Any odd pffft sounds or sluggish feeling.
Any compression issue(ie. I can drop a q tip down the barrel and it shoots out
I assumu you checked the nozzle assembly as there is the stop screw which arrests the nozzle motion
If that's gone you can get sloppy cycling and no fps

Nope no pfft or sluggish it cycles like a champ. A q tip test works, but dropping a bb down the barrel is only cronoing @ 220fps @ 110PSI which is kind of odd. All screws are present.

I've kind of narrowed it down to something to do with the hop assembly since the jams are occuring there but for the life of me just can't figure it out. I might just send it off at this point.

I'm not sure what hopup units in a DG look like but a common test I do before firing an AEG after building it is to take the hopup unit + barrel, and manually feed a BB into the hopup chamber. I then take a knitting needle or narrow driver or whatever and VERY GENTLY tap the BB. If it doesn't go past the bucking, that's a smell. I try tapping harder, and if it requires a lot of force to push through, that's a guaranteed jam.

If a DG is able to do this test, you should do it. Maybe it's just as easy as replacing a bucking.

Try checking out www.classicairsoft.org in the workshop section.
However they are currently having some issues with the site though.
I have only accessed the site through a cellphone because of this.
The admins have been trying to resolve the issue.
Have you noticed any air leaks? Even minor ones?
Also how are your crush o-rings? I think this is the common cause of problems IIRC.
Has the airshaft collar slipped at all?
Which version is the kit that is in the gun?

Yeah already asked over @ Classicairsoft as well as gasguns.
No no air leaks, crush rings are intact. Airshaft collar appears good as everything cycles just fine. It's gotta be the hop unit at this point. It's a Version 1 kit i'm pretty sure.
At this point i'm going to send it off to TNKguns for repair and be done with it. Owned it for 2 years, have yet to play a full game without it messing up.
