Again, that is over the phone. Ask them to mail you a signed statement to that effect!

I have sent many requests to we and other places for the part and have got no replies .. This is not my final decision but it does make more sense to get the frame mag etc ....

The pin that goes inside the frame and attaches to slide stop is broken

I heard melding it together the slide lock would just melt away

and so do you think if you buy the same we frame and pull the same we part out and put it in that itll last any longer then the stock one?
that is why you see the after market one made out of steel for sale for the sake price as the whole completd lowwer, cause well its prolly beter then the whole pistol in terms of quality, if you buy that cnc steel one for 50 bucks you will never need another one l, and when the pistol dies you can buy another and swap in the slide lock itll last a lifetime im sure.

and confiscated would be if you get off easy and dont have the rcmp kick your door in and arrest you and tear yer house apart looking for the rest of your "illegal firearms"
shit cam get way blown outta perportion when you deal with "gun smuggling"

I once had to appeal a seizure to the district director of the CBSA because I ordered a replacement lower receiver for a UMP. Took me almost 10 months to get it back and it was a huge pain in the ass. And the lower is the NON restricted part. And by the CBSA rules the restricted part of a firearm (in your case the frame) is considered the same as a firearm, so by importing a frame you are importing a gun. Do you think your restricted part wont get seized when my unrestricted part did?
