Not too long ago I purchased a faulty mosfet from them that ended up blowing up and taking my fuse with it. I shot them an email to explain the situation. After sending them a picture or two, they
promptly responded and got into contact with the gate manufacturer to diagnose the problem.
They were very kind and did not accuse me of improperly setting it up (unlike the mosfet manufacturer) and said they would ship out a new one the next day free. They also said they would test it for me and provide me with pictures, and anything else I needed. Top notch service.
Since I didn't feel like buying a new fuse setup, I asked if I could upgrade to a better fet with a fuse already built into it and pay the difference. They agreed and said they'd test it out AND create a youtube video to help me out with the programming. Anything I asked for, they helped me out with.
The fet arrived in a few days and worked flawlessly
I've also had tonnes of help on the forums and through email from these guys. Really top notch customer service. Any questions I have, they're always there to answer as best they can.
