Impact Grenade Leaking

I have a brand new, AI Impact Grenade leaking, I have triple checked the loading process with the pin. I even oiled it before putting it together just to make sure the reservoir was nice and oily. I have also checked the "reset/overflow" valve.

I have noticed that the gas is leaking directly from the fill valve, right after I lift it out. It's about a 3-5sec charge too, so I don't think I'm over filling it. I am using a metal one, but I have never had an issue with any other gas related items with filling.

What do you think the issue is with it?

Thanks

Two choices, return on warranty since it's brand new, and have it exchanged

Or, considering it's leaking from the fill valve:
Remove fill valve, check orings' integrity, lube with silicon oil, put back in place by tightening firmly (but don't overdo it)

If that doesn't work, change fill valve and hope. But at that point I would RMA it, less hassle.

If you don't have a valve key:
Buy one, or mod a flat screwdriver by making a notch in it (dremel, file) so the hole clears the "nipple" of the valve

Ok, thanks for the replies, I will send a message to AI to see what they can do.
