ACMgear is a banner advertiser on ASC and do care because it costs them money to do it. If they were to scam the ASC members, they won't last long on ASC.

Being very competitive they are probably lean on staff and very busy. Remember the more little orders customers make, the more trips they have to make to the post office to mail it out.

Also it appears the shipping lead times vary from next day to weeks. That tells you their slow days and busy days.

I will be purchasing from them as well since the only reported issues is their ability to ship faster. As long as they don't rip customers off, then they are good in my books.

I've ordered from them in past. I got all items except for one which was refunded. Crap thing though the shipping costs for that one item you don't get refunded for :? Oh well.

Had the same thing happen to me. I think it's a very bad business practice to list items that aren't in stock. It sucks especially if you're paying them the fastest shipping rate to get the item on time. I had to paypal dispute them twice because they wouldn't respond to any emails on multiple addresses so I could get my refund. They didn't want to refund me for shipping, which was ridiculous.

I won't be buying from them anymore because their staff is extremely rude once you start a paypal dispute. Prices are definitely good, but you risk having the items not being in stock. It's a coin toss - order at your own risk.

No worries.

Fast forward about 2 weeks, I get my original order (with one item backorderd and the other in transit still), BUT!... heres the kicker... I ordered 2 double mag pouches, I instead get 2 double pistol mag pouches, I recheck my order, and yes I ordered correctly. So I go to the website, read the description, and yes it suppose to be 5.56 type mag pouches. I look for the double pistol mag pouches on their site, and they dont even have them for sale, they have single pistol mag pouches but no doubles.

This says to me, they either made a mistake, or are not listing their items correctly.

I send them an email and send them pics of the pouches, telling them I want the pouches that I ordered and they should send them to me with the 1 back ordered item when it gets in. (keep in mind, these emails are very professional)

same day, I get an apology and they say they will send out the pouches with my 1 back ordered item, 2 days later I get an email notification that Ive been refunded the balance of the items owing.

Im a pretty easy going guy, waiting isnt a big deal to me, but selling items that you dont have in stock is terrible. I understand things sell fast sometimes. In that case you let your customer know before you ship anything, that something is sold out, and offer to refund the item before shipping the rest of the order.

Placed an order on the 1 March 2013. After two weeks of hearing nothing I sent an email asking for an update on my order. Receive no reply. Today I sent another email indicating that I was very displeased and I would be cancelling my order and opening a Paypal dispute just to cover my ass. About 5 minutes after the dispute was opened my money was refunded. Still no communications for the ACMGear.

I recommend any ordering from this place to look elsewhere for gear and parts. I was very displeased with their service and their lack of communications is unacceptable when dealing with others peoples money.
