Congrats

Is that 423 with the 120 or 130? If it's 120 it's meh, acceptable. If it's 130 I'd say the air seal could use some more work. I'm not a fan of using high powered springs when I don't have to.

It's with the 130. So yes, I agree. still needs work. But at least know more now what the root cause is. I think I can yet achieve a better air seal in the air cylinder. Last I checked when I pushed the piston through there was some resistance, but not as much as when I first put it all together. When I first installed it there was a perfect seal, when pushing the piston through the cylinder manually, it came to almost a complete stop and took force to get it to go through. That seal may be getting weak.

What internal parts are you running?
When you push the piston there should be no air leaking whatsoever, and the piston should only move as far as you can compress the air inside the cylinder.

Stock king arms gears, Lonex double O ring cylinder head, Lonex POM Ventilated Piston Head, Lonex extreme toughness piston, then everything else remains stock. The air nozzle had an o ring so I haven't bothered with a better one. When I assembled everything the piston was nearly impossible to push through the cylinder. However, last time I had it apart I tried again, and there is still compression, but not nearly what it once was. Is this normal? Does the piston head kind of wear down to a certain compression like that very quickly? Or do I possibly need a better/new o ring?
