Little Update

I got help from my local airsoft shop! Shout Out Hobby Pacific. He just got the upper in a vice (compression on the top rail and the flat portion that meets the lower receiver with a cloth protecting the finish) and used channel locks. He did mention that it had less lock tight then he has seen in the past so I got lucky.

SUPPRESSOR ARRIVES TOMORROW!

I will have photos posted of the finished product!!

That's not a Honey Badger.

The stock is the North Eastern Arms Compact Carbine stock.

I may get a shorter fatter suppressor. I was very cautious purchasing online so I over compensated on length and under compensated on diameter because I was worried it wouldnt fit. As of now I am not sure it is beefy enough for me.

Fun project though! Still continues!

5x gen2 Pmag 30 (feedlips machined off for gas mag internals (exception for one mag, left untouched -pined at 5 rounds- for use in pictures))

I assume that 7075 lower is from QLong? Just get it coated at Imperial Engravers.

Action barrel sets come with a 1" "barrel" piece.
It is basically a bunch of barrel extensions screwed to it.

Here: The flutted section can be undone from the barrel base/chamber.

i'v had this lower for 6 years now.
the problem with coatings is that it adds material and changes tolerances of the parts coated.

i can get a new anodized 80% lower for under $100.
