SW M24 Sling Swivel

Hey folks - new to this forum and to airsoft, though I have been a paintballer for 13 years or so. Anyway, first post here, so I hope it's in the right place.

I recently purchased a Snow Wolf M24, which I promptly upgraded with a tightbore 6.01mm and impoved piston/spring set. I am very happy with the gun, save for one niggling little detail - the rear sling swivel pulled right out of the stock as soon as it bore weight. The threading in the stock is stripped clean.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix it back in place? I considered super-glue, but thought why not ask here first.

would a set of Uncle Mikes swivel screws correct the issue? not sure what the screw that stripped looks like.

Happenned to me with my CA M24, after more than 10 years of use.

I poored PL Premium glue in the hole and put the sling knob back in... It's more solid than it was before.

PL Premium Glue? Is that something available at any hardware store?
