Rap4 refillable 12g cartridges.

Hello folks. I recently did some online snooping and found these nifty little guys.

Anyone have any experience with these capsules? I'm thinking of buying a set of new GHK AKM C02 mags and using these 12g capsules as greengas tanks.

You're going to have a bad day using those for green gas.

Greengas requires a lot more internal volume for liquid and gas storage... Some of the HPA/CO2 guys can explain it a lot better. But basically:

1. You will have about 1/5 as much green gas in the magazine as a regular green gas magazine.

2. The CO2 valve is pointed in the wrong direction for siphoning liquid propane into an expansion chamber: This is just a guess, but I doubt you would even fire a shot if you filled it up with green gas and put it in a CO2 magazine.

For $20 bucks...it may be worth it to try anyways. Propane will have a higher pressure than brand name "green gas" so maybe you could try that if your green gas doesn't work.

For all intents and purposes with regard to airsoft, Propane (+silicone oil) = Green Gas

In the paintball world, that company has been referred to as Crap4 pretty much since they opened their doors. They have a reputation for lots of cool looking products that fall apart or do not work as advertised.
Please keep that in mind as you order your 'refillable 12g' that could very well explode on you during filling...

I know, that's why I get annoyed when people pay like $15 for a little bottle of "green gas" when I pay $4 for a huge tank of it. Also there's the adapter and oil pump but still...

A couple of people have argued with me to say that its completely different and that propane will bust my gun...O:
