Its 130 amp constant and 260 burst output would that work?

My final build would be that battery
13:1 gears
and the most efficient torque motor I can find for this setup.

Is there anything I would need be it parts or mod wise that might not be common sense?
That battery pack will be plenty. To be honest this battery is good enough, I have one powering a 46 RPS indoor blaster.

If you use 13:1 gears, don't go for an overkill torque motor. More torque doesn't always mean faster trigger response. In that setup a ~16 TPA motor will do you well. Higher will be okay, but pretty quickly you'll get so slow that trigger response starts getting slower.

You will probably want to lighten the piston, use a sector delay clip and short stroke two teeth from the release side to correct tappet timing.
