http://www.airsoftparts.ca/news/modifyspringtest.pdf

What's your FPS window? M130 is 400 FPS +/-

Your VFC motor will likely handle a bigger spring of its handling an 11.1 lipo.

The motor has nothing to do with the fps. (Other than perhaps needing a stronger motor to pull a heavier spring for high fps builds)
An m110 should push up to about 360 fps. Do you have that piston inside alrdy? Seemes it may be set to dump some velocity.
What is your target fps?

im looking for something that i can use for indoors and out doors so

350fps to 420-400fps

with the vvd piston it will knock approx 20% of one turn and 40% (total) on the second turn

and its funny cus my motor just died on me the other day so i am looking to upgrade so my m4 doesnt look like a nice display piece

Either get an M100 and run 345fps, or get an m120 for 400fps and use the silly piston head to turn down the fps.
If you were really talented with working on guns, you could just do a joule creep build that shot 340fps on both .20s and .30s
