E&l m4 platinum reciever thread

I plan on buying an E&L m4 mk18 platinum and will be changing the handguard to a HAO mk16 URGI. Im just wondering if the reciever thread for the E&L m4 is a standard marui commercial spec or a milspec/ ptw ?. Just trying to make sure i'll end up buying the right barrel nut compatible with the E&l

Thanks

I found a review from reddit and it appears that it uses a milspec/ ptw tread, plus i found an mk18 rail OEm by E&L and it only fits to PTW's and e&L guns .
