If the carry handle is causing you problems with adding a rail to stabilize across the top, then go with a "Z" rail.....

yeah, i was looking at that one too earlier, I just don't like the look of it. I want a long flat top rail, which is why I built the mod. Thank you for the suggestion though. I think that between both rail sets, for $60 US you would have a fairly decent looking rail system for a m16A2.
