mount m4 battery on stock

im interested in mounting an 8.4 mini outside my m4 ris. i was thinking of putting it on the slither stock, the way some guns (mostly sniper rifles i know) have a velcro bullet holder that attaches to the stock. i dont really like peq's and i was wondering if anyone has ever done such a thing.

People put batteries and such in butt-stock mag pouches, usually the visible wires are an ufly affair. That said there are a plethora of after market slither stocks available that are battery solutions.

You can have a battery inside of the crane stock.

The crane is a slither stock. Knight has one, he said it makes the gun more balanced.

Do you use a sling with your M4? Another option might be to put a battery on the sling.

I haven't tried this but I have seen the slings around.
