Honestly, offer $25 of beer to your local airsoft doctor and you'll learn everything you need to know.

This is not quite a joke, by the way.

i got their upgrade guide and it is a fantastic reference. everything they say is from actual experience and not those retarded myths that are so common in airsoft. if you have the money and have a lot to learn, i'd say download it.

Well...

Well, I'm asking because obviously I'd like to upgrade my TM G36c.

I guess my main intention is to Increase accuracy. I've been looking at upgrading my aeg, not really for upgraded fps (Obvous side effect of many upgrades I know).

From what I have been reading, many people get good accuracy results with tightbore barrels. I've read that the stock TM barrel in the G36c is 247mm, so I figured I would put in a tightbore barrel (6.04) to replace the stock inner, and extend it about 8 inches longer, and custom build a silencer for it.

Not sure what upgrades I should be doing to it though other than that. 007Airsoft has a 350 fps upgrade that includes the following:

-150% Spring
-Reinforced Gears
-Steel Bushings
-Shims
-Grease
-30A Fuse

Which I am sure would do wonders for the accuracy, but I'm also wondering whether the 150% spring would damage the gearbox. Does anyone know if the 150% spring upgrade even requires the upgraded gears or not?

I guess that is enough questions for now though.

Thanks all.

Fair 'nuf. However, I'd like to know whether the 150% spring would cause any damage to the rest of the gun.

I know that many say upgraded guns do not last as long as stock guns.

Are the upgraded gears nessecary for a 150% spring upgrade?

And, one more question, do tight bore barrels come with the cutout for the hopup already made?
