Upgrades for APS 2 EX

Hey i got a APS 2 EX last week, and it feels kinda weak. So I'm looking for some upgrades that can get it to around 400. So guys, what kind of upgrades can get the APS 2 EX to around 400 fps?? (I dont want to install any gas upgrades) THANX :salute:
