Well I just baught a ksc g19 HW 2 weeks ago, used it in game already and it was cold so I dident think I had enough propane to empty a full mag but I was wrong, I emptied about a full mag and an additional 7 rounds no problem. Before I had a kjw m9 elite and it wasnt as good on gas as this is in my opinion. Fells very good and solid and I am very happy with this gun.

Well, I heard the Marui P226 isn't just good, it can handle propane to an extent, but as far as I know that's an unfounded rumour. As for HFC, they've been making good guns more recently but I'm not sure about it. Looks are your opinion, just get what you think is better.

I have a TM p226 and I think its one of the nicest pieces I have ever had.

About being propane friendly I not really sure. A lot of TM guns do last a long time on Propane. I tossed a metal slide on mine in the first week so I don't know how long the plastic one would last.
