Hicapa disassembly
I want to put a metal slide, and change some other internals of my TM Hicapa. However, once removing the recoil rod, and the barrel assembly, i am unsure about removing the blowback housing. I know it is different for different guns, and just want to make sure that i'm going to remove it correctly. Any guidance will be appreciated!

You remove the screw from the back of the slide first, the hex one. Then you have to gentally sperate the slide sides to pop out the unit. Watch for a pin and sping that will shoot out.
If you don't know what your doing I recommend a pro to do it for you. |

You might feel as if the slide was going to break when you pry the slide apart to remove the blowback housing. Don't worry as this is normal, it took me quite a lot of effort when I tried to remove the blowback housing from my hi-capa. if you need ne more help pm me and i'll be glad to help you!
