Desert Eagle Questions.
Alright, this is likely a dumb question so trash it if you must, but please don't find reason to flame. Its counter-productive and only wastes everyone's time.
I have heard that real steel grips and so forth will not fit a TM Desert Eagle. I requested sources on this, and got none. A few ASC and Google searches yeilded about nothing. Perhaps someone here has first hand experience that they would like to share, or a relivant link. Thanks in advance. |

The only problem with your question is that even among real gun owners, the DE is a rare bird.
Since my opinion on the real thing is rather low, sorry that I cant help you. Just wanted you to know that finding an answer will be difficult, and why. |

Yeah, I knew that it would be. A few days of searching yeilding just about sweet fuck-all, so I was looking for some first-hand stories that might verify this information, or otherwise.
Thanks anyway, Greylocks. |

Considering the probable costs of the real grips, I would not bother. The rarer the gun, the more expensive the parts.
You'd scream if you saw the cost for the little special H&K sight adjusting screwdriver. |

lol @ grey's last comment, I did!!! and that rail cover, dont get me started.
The grips on the other hand, i dont know how asc yealded nothing, since a person bought them and returned them for a full refund (now thats a good company) after finding that they didnt fit (got the rubber ones) Its in the thread about the D.E's metal slide, cant remember by whom though. I believe this person however didnt try hard enough, or didnt have a metal lower frame (which, in theroy would enable you to to fit them with only a little difficulity) *edit, its right here. http://www.airsoftcanada.com/showthr...rt+eagle+slide |
