Meet up with one of your local age verification reps. once you get age verified and your status here on ASC is updated, you can then place orders from ASCa.

In order to make an order through ASCA, I'm pretty sure you need to be Age verified. Or if your in the GTA you can set up an appointment to visit the shop in person. There you will be verified and able to use the online store, or alternativly purchase items in store. If I'm not mistaken there is an excellent FAQ in the ASCA section that explains how and when you can purchase from them.
