V2 Gearbox Problem

OK I'd like to find out if I have a serious problem with my gearbox

-Piston fully back + nozzle fully forward = wrong?


Specs:
-Systema Full Gearbox + TM EG1000
-Systema M120 replaced with cutdown SP130? (gold color)

Tried firing it a few time out of the the body to see if its firing weird but my eyes maybe to slow to catch it cycling.

Could this contribute to double feeding?

Also had a problem with it going full auto the moment I switch it to semi or full with out pulling the trigger. (fixed it somehow)

Can take more pics if needed please someone fix my problems

The nozzle should be in it's forward-most position when the piston is fully back. When the piston releases (a small turn of the sector gear), that nozzle must be fully engaged (forward) in the hop-up in order to maximize your output. The tappet return spring accomplishes this.

Double feeding can also be caused by a dry or over-engaged hop-up as well. Lube the hop rubber, turn it fully off and see if double feeding continues.

you have mcguyver'ed my problem i think more lube should help, damn double feeding put a white nick inside my pretty pretty silencer.

I had that problem with an MP5K years ago. The silencer was a 10" OPS and it didn't sit perfectly straight. Luckily the gun shot 250 fps, so it didn't damage the silencer, but I rattled a few of the exit sides a couple of times.
